Plus, there’s nothing quite like the thrill of making sushi yourself – it’s an experience that’s both delicious and rewarding. So grab an apron, and let’s roll some sushi together!\nSkills Covered:\n– Essential knife skills for slicing fish and vegetables\n– Techniques for preparing sushi rice to the perfect consistency\n– How to safely handle and store raw fish\n– The art of rolling sushi using different techniques\n– Creating various types of sushi rolls and their accompanying sauces\nFor hands-on classes, we recommend wearing close-toed shoes, tying up any long-ish hair, and avoiding any overly baggy clothing.
