The 54th Annual Ames Midnight Madness 5K Run is back downtown on Friday July 18, with a FREE post race concert at Torrent Brewing Company.  You can register for the 5K Run at www.AmesMidnightMadness.org.  The Concert is FREE to the community and features one of the best bands in Iowa, the Punching Pandas.  Come join us!
