Join us in a hands-on workshop where we dive into the art of sushi making! Whether you’re a total novice or someone who’s dabbled in the world of raw fish and sticky rice, this class is designed for every skill level. You’ll roll up your sleeves and get ready to create beautiful sushi rolls, learning not just the basics but also some intricate techniques that will impress your friends and family.

We’ll cover everything from the essential knife skills needed to slice your fish with precision, to the perfect balance of flavors in your sauces. You’ll leave with a sense of accomplishment and the confidence to recreate your sushi masterpieces at home. Plus, there’s nothing quite like the thrill of making sushi yourself – it’s an experience that’s both delicious and rewarding. So grab an apron, and let’s roll some sushi together!

– Essential knife skills for slicing fish and vegetables

For hands-on classes, we recommend wearing close-toed shoes, tying up any long-ish hair, and avoiding any overly baggy clothing. Aprons will be provided.
