We walk through classic French technique start to finish: how to sear a steak so it gets a real crust without cooking the middle to gray, fries that come out genuinely crisp, and the small touches that make a plate feel intentional, a compound butter, a bright pan sauce, the things that read as fancy and take ten minutes. A wine pairing runs through the night, and we finish on a dessert worth ending on.
