Andy cooks a full multi-course meal out of what Iowa summer is doing right now: peak produce, local sourcing, dishes that only make sense in July. That is the entire point. Corn at its best tastes nothing like corn in February, and this menu exists to prove it. You sit communal-style, watch the cooking happen in front of you, and eat a proper dinner start to finish.
